About the Role

We’re looking for a Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of software development and technology infrastructure projects across ETEL. Reporting to the Technology Portfolio or Transformation Programme Manager, you’ll ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals using a structured stage gate project lifecycle.

You’ll work across departments and with third-party vendors to deliver ERP and SaaS implementations — especially in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, deployment, and closure

  • Create Project Initiation Documents (PID), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), and ensure compliance with security and financial protocols

  • Track and report project status, risks, and issues with clarity and accuracy

  • Manage third-party suppliers and control project budgets/SOWs

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set goals and align expectations

  • Promote process improvement and agile ways of working

  • Contribute to a learning culture and personal/professional development

Skills & Experience

 Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Technology Project Management
 Proven track record with SaaS/ERP implementations in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or distribution
 Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Microsoft Suite, and project tools (MS Project or equivalent)
 Skilled at third-party vendor management
 Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
 Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
 Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
 PRINCE2 Practitioner or APM PMQ certification preferred
 Full UK Cat B driving licence (desirable)
