Role Overview:
As a Customer-Facing Delivery & Warehouse Associate, you will be the “face” of the company, delivering a superior customer experience through friendly interaction, accurate deliveries, and conscientious warehouse operations. Your work directly contributes to customer satisfaction, branch growth, and a safe, efficient workplace. This position combines customer service, delivery responsibilities, and warehouse support, offering both physical activity and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, at the counter, and via phone interactions.

Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of products to customers.

Receive, organize, and fulfill customer orders in the warehouse with attention to detail.

Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and wire-cutting machines.

Handle multiple tasks, solve problems proactively, and maintain a sense of urgency in completing responsibilities.

Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and internal associates, preserving confidentiality when needed.
