Essential Job Functions

Demand Generation & Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs, including email marketing, paid media, SEO, and ABM initiatives.
  • Project manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate lead-nurturing workflows and support marketing automation efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Marketing Project Management

  • Serve as the central coordinator for demand generation initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across teams.
  • Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication using Asana.
  • Facilitate collaboration between content, design, and digital teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Identify and address potential risks that could impact campaign success.

Podcast Operations Management

  • Support the execution of company podcasts, maintaining schedules and production timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for podcast recording, editing, and publishing.
  • Work with web and social media teams to promote podcast episodes and boost engagement.
  • Track podcast performance and audience insights, optimizing strategies based on data.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing marketing metrics and generating reports.
  • Familiarity with podcast production and content marketing.
  • Experience working with Marketo, 6Sense, and Salesforce.
