 Role Overview: Demand Generation Manager (B2B SaaS)

We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead and optimize our lead generation strategy in a B2B SaaS environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional to own, scale, and optimize demand generation initiatives for a growing SaaS business.

 Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy

  • Plan, design, and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.

  • Optimize lead nurturing workflows and segmentation in HubSpot.

  • Manage the full lead lifecycle, ensuring seamless handover to Sales.

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

 Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (ROI, CPL, CAC).

  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize pipeline contribution.

  • Leverage data insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

 Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to align marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with Sales for smooth lead handover and conversion tracking.

  • Collaborate on integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

Candidate Profile: Who You Are

  • 4–7 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, and reporting.

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS, preferably with complex buyer journeys and long sales cycles.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics (ROI, CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution).

  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple campaigns across channels.

  • Based in the UK or Ireland, with occasional travel for team meetings or industry events.
