Your Impact
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping demand planning and forecasting for your assigned brands. Your responsibilities include:

Leading the monthly forecast consensus process, developing both short- and long-term demand plans.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather forecast inputs and address any gaps.

Partnering with production planning and deployment teams to convert forecasts into actionable operational plans.

Ensuring seamless execution of customer promotions by incorporating event inputs into demand planning.

Managing forecasts for new product launches from initial concept through production.

Communicating forecast adjustments effectively to key stakeholders.

Monitoring forecast accuracy and driving continuous improvement in forecasting tools, systems, and processes.

Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics against established targets.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in consumer products forecasting, supply chain operations, or a related field.

Strong background in production, inventory management, demand planning, or similar environments.

Understanding of supply chain processes and how demand planning impacts downstream operations.

Experience with forecasting software such as SAP, APO, or SAS.

Familiarity with sales and operations planning, customer planning, or supply planning.

Project management experience.

Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
Work Location: Hybrid – three days in the office.
Relocation Assistance: Available, with preference given to local candidates.

Compensation

Salary Range: $62,000 – $91,000 per year

Actual salary will be based on factors such as location, experience, and skill set, while ensuring internal equity among Conagra employees.
