What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional performance

  •  Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, deliveries, and cash handling

  •  Monitor and manage store KPIs, productivity, and performance

  •  Be the go-to person for customer service excellence—resolving issues and offering support

  •  Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies and company standards

  •  Step in as acting Store Manager during their absence, taking full responsibility

What You’ll Need

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer service environment
 Strong communication and time management skills
 Confidence to make decisions, delegate tasks, and manage priorities
 Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
 Experience managing performance targets and KPIs
 Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and early/late shifts
