Role Overview
As a Digital Design Intern, you’ll join our marketing team to conceptualize, design, and refine visual assets for campaigns across digital channels. You won’t just make graphics—you’ll help bring Directive’s creative vision to life for paid ads, web, social media, email campaigns, and branding projects.
This role is ideal for a junior or senior studying graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate looking to create bold work in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, visualize, and execute creative assets for paid ads, website, social media, email campaigns, and branding initiatives

Ensure all design work aligns with Directive’s brand guidelines while injecting fresh, creative ideas

Create static graphics, motion assets, and video edits that elevate the brand across channels

Prepare and package files in correct formats for digital platforms and occasional print

Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life and adapt designs based on performance insights

Research design trends and test innovative creative ideas for B2B marketing

Revise and refine work quickly based on feedback, maintaining high design quality

Contribute to larger branding projects, including rebrands, design system updates, presentation decks, and internal campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or recent graduate)

Portfolio showcasing design skills across static and motion assets; B2B or digital marketing experience is a plus

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy across platforms

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment

Curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new formats and creative approaches

Extra credit: video creation skills and experience designing assets for digital channels (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
