SSN Group LLC is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician in Wauwatosa, WI, to provide hands-on technical support for workstations, printers, and peripheral devices. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, deploy devices, and maintain Microsoft Windows systems while supporting both Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments. Responsibilities of the Desktop Support Technician
Provide Desktop & Hardware Support

Maintain and troubleshoot workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.

Perform on-the-fly device repairs and handle end-user hardware requests.

Deploy devices and perform system imaging using Microsoft SCCM.
Manage Software & System Administration

Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.

Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.

Ensure IT systems are operating efficiently and securely.
Troubleshoot & Resolve Technical Issues

Apply analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve problems.

Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Required Qualifications

Experience in desktop support or related IT roles

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office suite
