As a DevOps Engineer, your expertise in automation and efficiency will play a pivotal role in delivering high-performance operational data. Booz Allen, a leader in AI solutions for the nation, is seeking a skilled professional with a deep understanding of AIOps, MLOps, ModelOps, and DataOps to develop cutting-edge tools and ensure they reach those who need them most.

As part of our team, you’ll streamline IT operations, enhance platform productivity, and automate workflows at scale. This role presents an exciting opportunity to expand your knowledge of AIOps while tackling some of the world’s most complex challenges.

What You’ll Bring

✅ 5+ years of experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Containerd, Podman, Kaniko)
✅ 5+ years working with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS/ACA)
✅ 5+ years in DevOps automation platforms (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Flux)
✅ 4+ years designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows for mid-to-large software teams
✅ 4+ years leading, mentoring, and managing junior engineers
✅ 3+ years working with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure) and their tools
✅ Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and UNIX/Linux scripting
✅ Active Secret clearance
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications

✔️ Experience with Python, Java, C, or C++
✔️ Proficiency in Git technologies
✔️ Adaptability in fast-paced environments
✔️ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔️ TS/SCI clearance (a plus)

Security & Clearance

Candidates must meet security requirements for classified information access. Secret clearance is required.
