About This Role
Comscore is seeking a hands-on and inquisitive DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for someone early in their DevOps career who enjoys solving problems, learning new tools, and collaborating with developers to ensure systems run efficiently and securely.
You’ll work on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and monitoring systems that support Comscore’s mission to deliver trusted insights for the future of media measurement.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or similar).

Collaborate with development teams to automate deployments and streamline operations.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance release reliability and speed.

Manage and monitor servers, storage, and virtual machines.

Automate maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and monitoring.

Track and respond to system performance alerts and support requests.

Apply security best practices for access control, credential management, and updates.
Qualifications
Required:

1–3 years of experience in IT, cloud, or infrastructure administration.

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab).

A proactive, collaborative, and learning-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred:

Exposure to containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, or Datadog).

Interest in cloud certifications or career growth in DevOps.
