Job Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our remote team to train and evaluate AI chatbots. In this role, you will measure model performance, test logic, and implement solutions to improve AI outputs. Ideal candidates have strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages, and can analyze and solve algorithmic problems.
This is a flexible, fully remote position with competitive hourly pay starting at $40+, plus performance bonuses.
Responsibilities

Assign coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their responses for accuracy and efficiency.

Measure and monitor AI model performance and logic.

Troubleshoot, debug, and implement solutions to improve model quality.

Document findings and provide feedback to enhance AI training workflows.
Required Qualifications

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.

Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.

Ability to explain solutions clearly and logically.

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Bachelor’s degree (current, in progress, or completed) preferred but not required.
