About the Job
KLDiscovery, a global leader in electronic discovery, information governance, and data recovery services, is seeking a Development Operations Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting, fully remote opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our infrastructure as we transition to fully automated deployment pipelines. You will help design, build, and maintain scalable systems that support large-scale eDiscovery applications across various infrastructure models.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop automated build and deployment pipelines

Automate environment provisioning and configuration, including infrastructure as code

Support deployments across development, validation, and production environments
-
Collaborate across departments to maintain CI/CD workflows and enforce coding standards

Provide technical support for production systems, including bug fixes and enhancements

Participate in daily team activities and support agile planning processes

Continuously explore and implement industry best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
-
3+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or QA
-
Comfortable working in Windows and Linux environments

Experience with version control and work tracking tools (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)

Familiarity with continuous integration platforms and scripting for automation

Preferred (but not required) experience with tools and platforms such as:

Azure Cloud, Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps

SonarQube, BurpSuite, Docker
-
Programming/scripting with C#, SQL, and infrastructure-related languages

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to express technical concepts clearly

Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or “Protected Person” as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) due to ITAR regulations
