The Opportunity: Lead Platform DevOps Engineer

What You Bring to the Table

  • 6+ years of experience driving DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, and release pipelines

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues and performance bottlenecks

  • Strong background in developing and securing cloud-native solutions using container technologies

  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring or supervising teams in a collaborative, agile environment

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and deployment strategies

  • Proficiency with AWS security tools such as GuardDuty, Macie, Detective, and Inspector

  • Programming experience with TypeScript or other object-oriented languages

  • Strong automation and scripting skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree


Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, AWS, and Azure

  • Experience automating deployments across various tech stacks

  • Familiarity with observability tools and Site Reliability Engineering practices

  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP or PCI-DSS

  • Knowledge of Helm, Grafana, Service Mesh, AWS CDK, and other DevOps tools

  • Experience working in regulated environments with Authority to Operate (ATO)

  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash

  • Relevant Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)

Projected Salary Range: $77,600 – $176,000 (Annualized USD)
Final compensation will be based on location, experience, qualifications, and contract-specific factors.
