As a DevOps Engineer on our team, you’ll play a key role in streamlining the software development lifecycle in a multi-cloud Kubernetes environment. Collaborating with a team of seasoned professionals, you will help build and maintain a modern DevSecOps pipeline using leading open-source technologies. You’ll apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate everything from infrastructure provisioning to configuration management.

With your software engineering background, you’ll also work cross-functionally to help other teams adopt DevOps best practices, championing the tools, processes, and culture that drive modern software delivery. What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience driving DevOps or DevSecOps maturity through automation of builds, regression testing, monitoring, and deployments across environments

  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and resolving CI/CD pipeline issues and performance challenges

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, and scripting in Python or Golang

  • Experience designing and deploying cloud-native enterprise solutions

  • Proven success working alongside application development teams across the full software development lifecycle

  • A collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Active Top Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of DevOps experience, or a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Jenkins, GitLab Runners, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Terragrunt, or Pulumi

  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining Elasticsearch and Kibana

  • Experience enhancing continuous automation pipelines across diverse tech stacks

  • Experience with Kubernetes-based deployment tools and continuous delivery practices

  • Familiarity with both open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments

  • Proven ability to advocate for and guide DevOps adoption across teams

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field


Clearance Requirement:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information. An active Top Secret clearance is required.
