  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor).

  • Strengthen cloud security and compliance through best practices and automation.

  • Support application deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.

  • Collaborate with developers and client teams to improve performance and scalability.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.

  • Manage competing priorities across multiple projects with calm professionalism.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.

  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).

  • Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

  • Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows IIS administration and shell scripting.

  • Familiarity with containers and orchestration (ECS, EKS, AKS, Fargate).

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Client-facing experience in a consulting or agency environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA).

  • Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Azure Functions).

  • Knowledge of observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Azure Monitor.
