Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Architecture & Automation:
Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS and Azure platforms. Automate cloud provisioning, deployment, and maintenance tasks to improve operational efficiency. -
Deployment & Configuration Management:
Automate service deployments and configuration management using modern DevOps practices and tools. -
Database Engineering:

Develop and maintain database structures including tables, views, stored procedures, and indexes to optimize data storage and retrieval.

Perform data operations including loading, updating, and deletion while ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Monitor database performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies for optimal efficiency.

Define and manage user access controls, enforce data security protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Conduct regular health checks, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain database stability.

Plan for capacity, assess storage requirements, and scale infrastructure to meet future data growth.

Apply necessary patches and software updates to maintain database performance and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
8+ years of experience in infrastructure and systems engineering roles.
-
4+ years of experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments) using commercial and open-source DevOps tools.

Proficient with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Extensive experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform.

Strong scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).

Proficiency in managing and optimizing relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Deep understanding of SQL and the ability to write, analyze, and troubleshoot complex queries.

Hands-on experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in managed services environments (e.g., ITSM, ITIL frameworks) is a plus.

Valid cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle) are highly desirable.
