Paragon Alpha is partnering with a rapidly growing Digital Asset Prop Trading Firm in its early stages. The founding team of this firm hails from the most prestigious Quant funds and High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firms, with a mission to disrupt the crypto-trading space. As part of their U.S. expansion, they are seeking a skilled DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
As a DevOps Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building the client’s multi-region cloud network, ensuring its reliability, scalability, and low-latency performance essential for seamless trading operations. Your primary focus will be on architecting a system that supports high-performance, low-latency trading while also maintaining robust security and optimization.
You will work directly alongside an expert team of quantitative analysts (quants), traders, and software developers to identify potential vulnerabilities and continuously enhance the platform to be self-sufficient and highly optimized for performance. The role demands a proactive approach to maintaining and improving the infrastructure while addressing technical challenges as they arise.
Key Skills and Qualifications

Proven Experience in Trading Environments: You should have significant experience working within high-performance trading systems, including large-scale research computing, managing auto-scaling clusters, and hardware optimization.
