We’re seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality dialysis care in a hospital (acute) setting, where you’ll have the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.


What to Expect in This Role:

  • Training Provided: No dialysis experience is required. Comprehensive training will be offered at a local or regional facility.

  • Flexible Work Location: You may float between various facilities during and after training.

  • Schedule: Expect to work a variable schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Weekly schedules are provided in advance, but daily shifts may change based on patient needs.

  • Dynamic Hospital Setting: Deliver life-sustaining dialysis treatments in diverse hospital units such as ICU, CCU, ED, and more.

  • Specialized Therapies: Gain expertise in multiple renal therapies including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, CRRT, and Apheresis.

  • Team-Based Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, overseeing patient care with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide holistic and individualized care to patients with complex conditions and comorbidities

  • Administer and monitor dialysis treatments in accordance with care plans

  • Document patient assessments and respond to changes in condition

  • Participate in team huddles and patient care discussions

  • Support clinical excellence by meeting or exceeding quality goals


Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or diploma from an accredited program accepted

  • Willingness to complete a color vision screening (required for machine monitoring)

  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including boosters if eligible, in accordance with hospital requirements

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg settings

  • Certification as a Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
