A Day in the Life at VF Corporation
As a key contributor in this role, you’ll build strong internal and external relationships to develop and execute a supply plan that aligns with our financial forecasts. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing SKU-level plans and purchases to support demand forecasts, program needs, and global opportunities, ensuring on-time and in-full deliveries while minimizing excess stock and liabilities.

Conducting pre-season, in-season, and post-season analyses to identify product-level opportunities and risks.

Providing insights on key decisions regarding product drops, timing, and in-stock positions, collaborating closely with sales, merchandising, and global production teams to implement strategies and mitigate risks.

Delivering both qualitative and quantitative insights through supply reviews to support monthly revenue projections.

Communicating key findings concisely and contributing to actionable strategies.

Acting as a liaison between sales, customer service, logistics, demand planning, global production, sourcing hubs, and merchandising to ensure seamless plan execution.

Monitoring and reporting on company metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Conducting analytical research and reporting as needed.

Utilizing continuous improvement techniques to enhance supply planning processes.

Actively participating in meetings and discussions to drive demand and supply planning success.

Experience with data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
Location: This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week at the Dickies office in Costa Mesa, California.
Preferred Skills (Not Required):

Experience with SAP-based software (SAP/JBA/JDE).
