Position Summary

We are currently recruiting an experienced Diecaster with a background in high-pressure die casting (HPDC). You will operate state-of-the-art casting machines, help maintain process quality, and play a key role in delivering consistent, defect-free production.

We also welcome applications from candidates with experience in related sectors—such as metalworking, foundry, or heavy industry—who are motivated to train and build a career in diecasting. Full training will be provided for the right individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor high-pressure die casting machines (aluminium and/or zinc).

  • Prepare and inspect dies, monitor shot weights, and ensure consistent casting quality.

  • Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using gauges, micrometers, and visual checks.

  • Report defects and machine faults promptly, supporting a zero-defect mindset.

  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow daily maintenance schedules.

  • Assist with die changes, machine setups, and process adjustments.

  • Contribute to productivity and continuous improvement goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Diecasters:

  • Proven experience with HPDC machinery.

  • Understanding of die setup, troubleshooting, and quality inspection tools.

  • Familiarity with technical drawings and health & safety regulations.

  • Strong commitment to maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Trainees with Industry Backgrounds:

  • Experience in manufacturing, casting, foundry, metal fabrication, or construction.

  • Willingness to work in a heat-intensive, hands-on environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn specialist skills.

  • Safety-conscious and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Shift Schedule

  • 10-hour shifts

  • Day and night shifts available
