Job Description
- Prepares and sets tables, ensuring workstations are properly organized.
- Takes orders and provides prompt, courteous service, fulfilling requests with professionalism and care.
- Clears dishes during and after meals, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Answers guest inquiries regarding menu items, offering recommendations when needed.
- Transports hot and cold foods as required, including deliveries to the Village Care Center.
- Handles non-food items for transport between dining areas and other designated locations.
- Upholds sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure a clean dining environment.
- Enhances the dining experience by providing excellent customer service to residents and their guests.
- Assists with dishwashing and restocking clean dishes when necessary.
- Maintains personal hygiene and adheres to department dress code for a professional appearance.
- Completes all assigned cleaning duties and ensures all workstations remain sanitary and safe.
- Attends training and education sessions as assigned to stay informed on best practices.
- Carries out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
