Responsibilities:

Conduct nutritional assessments and review diet histories

Develop individual nutrition plans, monitor progress, and document changes

Plan menus for standard and modified diets based on dietetic principles

Oversee food preparation and service while maintaining sanitation and safety standards

Observe meal service to evaluate food waste, portion control, and diet effectiveness

Participate in quality improvement initiatives within dietetic services
-
Collaborate in interdisciplinary team meetings for individualized care planning
-
Provide nutrition education and training for consumers and staff
-
Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports
Qualifications:

Current license to practice as a Dietitian in the State of Missouri required

Strong knowledge of dietetic principles and nutrition care planning
-
Effective communication and teamwork skills
-
Commitment to quality care and consumer well-being
