Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Food and Nutrition Services, the Dietitian:

Monitors patient nutritional care and manages therapeutic diets.

Provides patient and family nutrition education.

Coordinates and supervises diet office activities.

Ensures compliance with physician orders and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.

National CDR Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration).
-
California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire).
Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of clinical experience in an institutional setting.

Supervisory experience in nutrition or clinical office settings.

Strong organizational and patient communication skills.
