What You’ll Be Doing

  • User Support: Respond to IT-related queries via phone and self-service portal.

  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve incidents at the first point of contact whenever possible.

  • System Management: Oversee user account processes, including onboarding and modifications.

  • Procurement Support: Manage IT-related procurement and supplier interactions.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and manage requests using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to meet KPIs.
