With 18 venues across the UK (and growing), we’re now looking for a talented Digital Product Designer to join our Loyalty Squad and elevate our digital guest journey.
The Role: Digital Product Designer
As the Digital Product Designer, you’ll shape the end-to-end digital experience for our My Flight Club and My Shuffle Club members. You’ll be responsible for crafting seamless, engaging, and visually compelling user journeys that drive customer retention and repeat visits.
You’ll lead product design across platforms, from concept to implementation, and work closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver the full guest experience for loyalty products

Build and manage a robust design system with scalable components and patterns

Establish and evolve design principles, guidelines, and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product vision and roadmap

Present interactive prototypes and design concepts to internal stakeholders

Provide detailed implementation guidance to ensure high-quality output

Apply data-driven insights and behavioural research to continuously improve UX

Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centric thinking

Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and performance
What You’ll Bring
-
Proven experience as a Digital Product Designer (hospitality/entertainment experience a plus)

Strong visual design skills across desktop and mobile UI (typography, layout, colour, iconography)

Hands-on expertise with Figma and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Experience designing and maintaining multi-platform design systems

Familiarity with Design Thinking frameworks, UX research, and behavioural analysis

Confidence in presenting research-backed design rationale and performance data

A collaborative mindset – comfortable working in cross-functional squads
-
Curiosity, customer obsession, and a desire to iterate and improve continuously
