Role Overview

Bluehost is seeking a Digital Events & Community Manager to design, execute, and scale its digital event strategy. This role will own the end-to-end execution of recurring webinars while also expanding into flagship digital events, customer roundtables, partner co-marketing initiatives, and online community building. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving both pipeline growth and long-term brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Webinar Program Ownership: Plan, promote, execute, and report on recurring webinars.

  • Flagship & Strategic Events: Lead one large annual virtual summit/conference and smaller events such as roundtables or customer advisory boards.

  • Partner & Co-Marketing: Collaborate with partners on joint events and co-branded content to extend reach.

  • Community Engagement: Develop and grow an online community to foster ongoing interaction and thought leadership.

  • Content Repurposing: Convert events into on-demand content, highlight reels, and derivative assets for nurture campaigns and sales enablement.

  • Pipeline & Reporting: Measure performance, attribute pipeline impact, and align events with demand generation, ABM, and sales.

  • Operations Management: Oversee event platforms, budgets, vendors, and speaker/influencer partnerships.

  • Innovation & Benchmarking: Experiment with new digital formats and track industry trends to keep programs competitive.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, field marketing, or event management.

  • Proven success managing webinars and large-scale virtual events.

  • Strong grasp of demand generation, attribution models, and ROI measurement.

  • Experience with community-building and online engagement platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and event management platforms.

  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with ability to deliver tactical execution.
