We’re hiring a Digital Learning Co-ordinator to support the maintenance and performance of our Digital Learning Platform. Based in Dunstable (LU5 5XE), this permanent hybrid role (3 days office, 2 days home) offers a fantastic opportunity to join the Capability & Skills Team at Whitbread. As a Digital Learning Co-ordinator, you won’t be creating content, but you’ll play a key role in ensuring our internal learning systems run smoothly, supporting thousands of employees in their professional development journey.
Digital Learning Co-ordinator – Key Responsibilities
In this Digital Learning Co-ordinator role, your main focus will be on platform performance, ensuring courses are accessible and the digital experience is seamless. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Overseeing the functionality of our learning platform

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues (e.g., course errors)

Coordinating updates and ensuring system accuracy

Managing data with strong attention to detail

Working cross-functionally with HR and IT teams

Supporting user queries and improving access to digital learning
Previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is helpful, but transferable digital platform experience is also welcome.
