About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to support and drive Magna’s global digital learning strategy. This role focuses on enhancing employee performance and engagement through innovative technologies—including AI-powered learning and automation.

You will collaborate across divisions to design digital solutions, manage translation processes, and contribute to a future-ready learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging digital learning tools: eLearning, videos, web content, assessments, templates, etc.

  • Collaborate with HR leaders, SMEs, and learning teams to align solutions with Magna’s L&D strategy.

  • Coordinate translations and localization of learning content for global use.

  • Create templates, toolkits, and guides to support decentralized digital content development.

  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, automation, and learning in the flow of work.

  • Manage vendor relationships related to digital learning and translation.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Strong skills in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other digital content tools

  • Understanding of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)

  • Project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

  • Interest and fluency in AI applications in L&D

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Instructional Design, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience designing digital training (eLearning, SharePoint, assessments, videos)

  • Experience with graphic or web design is a plus

  • Minimal travel required
