As part of our continued expansion, we’re seeking an Account Manager, Client Services to manage client relationships, oversee digital marketing strategies, and serve as the primary contact between clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing

Provide expertise in digital marketing tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute digital campaigns aligned with client objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver forward-thinking marketing solutions.
Client Management

Serve as the main point of contact for client communications via email, calls, and presentations.

Manage client expectations through clear, consistent, and proactive communication.

Build and maintain trusted partnerships with client stakeholders.

Understand client goals and KPIs to guide marketing strategies effectively.

Identify opportunities to expand client engagement while adhering to project scope.
Project Management

Lead cross-functional teams to achieve client goals, brand alignment, and project timelines.

Coordinate project deliverables to meet deadlines and performance standards.

Manage program financials and maintain transparent status updates.

Conduct internal and external meetings to ensure alignment across teams.

Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
Required Experience & Skills

4+ years of account management experience in a marketing agency or client services role.

Proven background managing digital programs such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website development.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.

Strategic, proactive thinker with a track record of creative problem-solving.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)

Experience with Dropbox and Google Drive for file management.
