We’re seeking a strategic and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our content, drive growth, and implement systems that convert followers into clients.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in coaching, consulting, or online education

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (bonus: YouTube and Pinterest)

  • Skilled at planning and executing content strategies aligned with customer journey

  • Able to create compelling content—visuals and copy—that aligns with brand voice

  • Comfortable managing and optimizing workflows, automations, and digital marketing tools

  • Tech-savvy and capable with tools like ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, Zapier, Monday.com

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute at a high level

  • Proactive, self-directed, and solutions-oriented

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Community Management

  • Create high-quality, on-brand content (posts, Reels, Stories) for Instagram & LinkedIn

  • Write compelling, action-driven captions and CTAs

  • Engage with the online community daily across platforms

  • Track analytics and performance metrics

  • Repurpose long-form content (e.g., newsletters, podcast episodes) into short-form social assets

  • Explore growth opportunities on YouTube and Pinterest

2. Marketing & Campaign Launch Management

  • Translate business goals and launch timelines into actionable content calendars

  • Manage content strategy for podcast episodes, events, and promotional campaigns

  • Collaborate with the CEO and team to ensure cohesive execution across all platforms

3. Digital Marketing & Tech

  • Build funnels and automation workflows using ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, and ManyChat

  • Track, test, and optimize marketing campaigns and social content

  • Troubleshoot and manage integrations using tools like Zapier

4. Marketing Operations

  • Develop and document systems, workflows, and SOPs

  • Keep digital assets organized and marketing processes streamlined

  • Contribute to long-term infrastructure improvements

5. Paid Advertising

  • Design and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, etc.)

  • Analyze ad performance and continuously optimize to maximize ROAS and lower CPL/CPM
