We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing & Web Apprentice to support our Marketing Manager. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, web design, and SEO while working towards a certified Digital Marketer apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in promoting the Seriun brand using a multi-channel digital marketing approach.
  • Support the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage, update, and maintain the company website to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Implement SEO strategies to drive website traffic and improve search engine ranking.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on website performance using Google Analytics.
  • Create engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, and email communications.
  • Design graphics and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Collaborate with customers to collect testimonials and case studies.
  • Support event organisation, both online and offline.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Basic skills in WordPress, HTML, and CSS, with an interest in web design.
  • Understanding of fundamental SEO techniques and strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating marketing and website performance.
  • Creative problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and a team player.
  • Passion for IT, technology, and digital marketing.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Google Analytics and marketing campaign platforms.
  • Understanding of UX design principles and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Experience in the technology or telecoms sector is a plus.
  • An eye for design with the ability to create visually appealing content.
