    Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Associate:

    • Oversee website management and updates using CMS platforms, including layout design, template creation, and asset management.

    • Develop and implement page wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and sitemaps to improve user experience.

    • Ensure content across all digital platforms is accurate, current, and aligned with brand guidelines.

    • Create and manage email campaigns using marketing automation tools; conduct A/B testing and maintain quality control.

    • Lead social media strategy, content integration, and customer engagement initiatives.

    • Implement web analytics tags and tracking for performance analysis and measurement.

    • Generate reports on website, email, and social media performance to guide optimization strategies.

    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0).

    • Collaborate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to align efforts across digital channels.

    • Contribute to user experience (UX) development and customer journey mapping.

    • Maintain documentation for digital processes, procedures, and best practices.

    • Stay up to date on digital trends and suggest innovative strategies to improve performance.

    Qualifications and Skills for the Digital Marketing Associate:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

    • 5–8 years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or social media management.

    • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

    • Experience with UX/UI design principles, prototyping tools, and custom plugins/themes.

    • Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 and responsive design best practices.

    • Excellent proofreading and self-quality assurance skills.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.

    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
