About the Job
GuideWell is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support the Director of Digital Marketing in developing and executing digital marketing and SEO strategies across the organization’s online platforms. This role involves coordinating marketing initiatives, optimizing SEO performance, analyzing web data, and ensuring consistency across all digital assets. The associate will work closely with internal teams to transform business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and provide analytical insights to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing and SEO strategies.

Develop keyword and content frameworks in collaboration with copywriters and stakeholders.

Use Google Analytics, Conductor, and Looker Studio to monitor performance and provide insights.

Identify and implement technical SEO improvements in partnership with IT.

Stay informed about evolving marketing trends and apply best practices.

Manage incoming marketing requests through project management systems and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain consistency in branding, content, and design across GuideWell websites.

Update and organize team documents, including SOPs and copy decks.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or SEO.

Strong understanding of technical and content-driven SEO.

Skilled in creating, testing, and optimizing digital content.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

Typical Hiring Range: $47,000 – $56,200

Annualized Salary Range: $47,000 – $73,100 (based on experience and skills).
