About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Campaigns Specialist to join our Demand Generation team. This is a hands-on, data-driven role focused on planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive engagement and generate high-quality leads.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Demand Generation, Content, and Product Marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life, manage paid digital channels, and ensure Menlo stays at the forefront of browser and cybersecurity marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, retargeting, and ABM platforms.

  • Webinars & Events: Manage webinar and virtual event promotion, logistics, and post-event engagement.

  • Content, SEO & GEO: Repurpose content for digital channels, support SEO optimization, and explore Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI.

  • Innovation: Leverage generative AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance digital reach and visibility in cybersecurity discussions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience (in-house or agency).

  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social platforms.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau, Marketo, and/or Salesforce.

  • Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver who keeps up with digital trends.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills across cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $62,000 – $108,000 (based on experience, skills, and location)

  • Stock options and eligibility for performance-based bonuses
