Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator/Specialist with expertise in web-based projects to support our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building, optimizing, and managing digital marketing assets that drive measurable results.
This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to extend. Candidates must be US-based.
Key Responsibilities

Support and coordinate the development and execution of marketing web projects, including landing pages, microsites, and campaign-driven web experiences.

Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to translate campaign goals into effective web deliverables.

Optimize web content for conversion rates, SEO, and user experience.

Manage contractors, developers, or creative partners as needed to deliver projects on scope and on schedule.

Provide analytics, testing, and reporting to measure effectiveness of web initiatives and inform improvements.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital or web marketing projects.

Familiarity with project management systems, preferably Workfront or similar tools.

Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, SEO strategies, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).

Ability to work independently as a contractor managing projects end-to-end.

Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
