About the Role
This is a hands-on, full-spectrum digital marketing role where your creativity and technical expertise will directly shape KSOL’s digital voice. You’ll develop engaging campaigns, harness AI tools, and work across multiple channels to engage both parents and students.
You’ll report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with content, design, and education teams. Strong graphic design ability is a bonus, though not required.
Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy: Craft compelling digital content that drives awareness and enrolment in KSOL’s educational programs.

Social Media Management: Plan and post engaging content across platforms, and grow our online parent and learner communities.

SEO & SEM: Implement search-optimised strategies and support paid ad campaigns for maximum digital visibility.

Email Marketing & CRM: Build segmented, high-conversion campaigns and maintain clean CRM workflows.

Analytics & Reporting: Use performance data to guide campaign optimisation and demonstrate ROI.

Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid social and search campaigns across platforms.

Affiliate & Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with relevant partners to expand reach.

Brand Engagement: Foster trust and brand loyalty through meaningful interactions across digital touchpoints.
About You

Skills & Experience
Degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field
Minimum 2 years of professional digital marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong grasp of SEO, social media, and email marketing best practices
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics
Experience in campaign planning, content calendars, and performance tracking
Working knowledge of AI content tools and social trends
Experience in copywriting, email marketing, basic graphics, and analytics
