As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will drive user sign-ups, grow our social presence, increase site engagement, and help hiring managers post jobs regularly.


Key Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Expert

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Manage and optimize paid and social media campaigns across at least two channels (PPC, Paid Social, SEO).

  • Write compelling copy for ads, campaigns, and landing pages.

  • Set monthly goals, track performance, and report results.

  • Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and social dashboards to monitor campaigns and optimize for conversions.

Growth & Engagement

  • Drive qualified candidates to sign up and create free profiles on OysterLink.

  • Increase job postings from hiring managers consistently.

  • Grow social media followers and improve organic traffic from search engines.

  • Enhance site re-engagement and improve user stickiness.

Innovation & Strategy

  • Use AI tools effectively to streamline campaigns and improve results.

  • Create ideation-driven strategies to achieve marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on priorities and campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with proven paid and social media expertise.

  • Hands-on expertise in at least two marketing channels (PPC, Paid Social, SEO).

  • Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with campaign analytics tools.

  • Exceptional copywriting skills for ads and campaigns.

  • Proven ability to generate ideas, develop strategies, and achieve measurable goals.
