Key Responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Expert
Campaign Strategy & Execution

Manage and optimize paid and social media campaigns across at least two channels (PPC, Paid Social, SEO).

Write compelling copy for ads, campaigns, and landing pages.

Set monthly goals, track performance, and report results.

Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and social dashboards to monitor campaigns and optimize for conversions.
Growth & Engagement

Drive qualified candidates to sign up and create free profiles on OysterLink.

Increase job postings from hiring managers consistently.

Grow social media followers and improve organic traffic from search engines.

Enhance site re-engagement and improve user stickiness.
Innovation & Strategy

Use AI tools effectively to streamline campaigns and improve results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of digital marketing experience with proven paid and social media expertise.
