Position Summary
Dominium is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support its Digital Team in creating impactful marketing initiatives that drive occupancy and strengthen brand presence across its communities. This role provides hands-on experience in email marketing, social media, content creation, website management, and reporting, offering exposure to a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage website updates and changes via RentCafe.

Develop and execute targeted email campaigns.

Create and implement social media strategies across platforms using Meta Business Suite.

Monitor and maintain online reputation to enhance brand integrity.

Generate performance reports on owned, paid, and shared media, using data to inform strategies.

Conduct audits and evaluations to identify marketing optimization opportunities.

Assist in copywriting, copyediting, and content calendar planning.

Perform basic photo editing and resizing for digital campaigns.

Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and track outcomes.
Qualifications

Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Marketing-related degree program.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience or interest in copywriting/copyediting.

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and above-average reasoning skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to accept delegated assignments and contribute to departmental projects.
