Kadence is a fast-paced, early-stage, venture capital-backed B2B SaaS company on a mission to transform the future of work. We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital marketing efforts across paid media and organic demand generation. You’ll lead campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, drive SEO (and AIO) strategy, and play a pivotal role in fueling our revenue pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising

Plan, execute, and optimize B2B campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Manage the full campaign lifecycle: from audience targeting and creative briefing to launch, testing, and reporting.

Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives and platform-specific messaging.

Continuously test ad copy, creatives, and targeting to maximize conversion rates and reduce CAC.
Sponsored Content & SEO

Build and manage partnerships with publishers that target HR, People Ops, and workplace leadership audiences (e.g., People Managing People, Capterra).

Coordinate high-impact placements in listicles, advertorials, and paid content hubs.

Optimize partner and owned content for SEO/AIO, brand consistency, and conversion goals.

Track and analyze partner performance to measure ROI and inform future strategy.
Analytics & Optimization

Monitor performance and lead quality using Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools.

Report on key demand-generation KPIs weekly, delivering actionable insights to refine channel mix, budget allocation, and creative strategy.

Implement attribution frameworks to measure campaign impact across the funnel.
Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing with proven success in B2B paid advertising and content partnerships.

Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B campaigns.

Strong understanding of demand generation KPIs, attribution, and funnel dynamics.

Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush (or similar).

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Strong communicator with a collaborative, proactive mindset.
