Overview
The Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join its Marketing & Sales Team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to increase awareness, drive conversions, and retain guests.
This is an opportunity to work at Seattle’s home mountain, combining professional growth with mountain adventures.
Responsibilities

Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies that align with resort goals.

Create, publish, and manage content ensuring accuracy, usability, and brand alignment.

Implement email marketing campaigns including newsletters, lifecycle journeys, promotional emails, product campaigns, and mountain reporting.

Deploy push notifications and other digital programs supporting marketing objectives.

Assist with paid social media campaigns and content direction.

Manage presence on Google Business, Bing, and other listing/review platforms.
Qualifications

Passion for mountain sports, with strong skiing or snowboarding ability.

Strong creative skills: copywriting, photo editing, and basic design capabilities.

Self-starter with problem-solving, critical thinking, and minimal supervision required.

Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.

Wage and Benefits

Wage: $30.00 – $38.00/hour DOE
