Key Responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager
As a Digital Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be managing paid media campaigns and optimizing ServiceMaster’s digital presence.
Paid Media and PPC Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop keyword strategies, ad copy, audience targeting, and bid management
- Monitor performance, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights through regular reports
Web and Content Management
- Oversee website content calendar and ensure timely updates to landing pages and campaigns
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop optimized assets for digital campaigns
- Support SEO efforts by aligning paid and organic strategies for better performance
Analytics and Reporting
- Track KPIs across digital platforms and deliver reports to leadership
- Use tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to extract insights and inform future campaigns
- Maintain reporting dashboards with weekly, monthly, and quarterly summaries
Project and Budget Coordination
- Maintain digital asset libraries, calendars, and approval workflows
- Track campaign budgets, process invoices, and ensure accuracy of expenses
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies
Qualifications for a Digital Marketing Manager
- 5–6 years of experience in digital marketing with strong PPC management background
- Proven success managing campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with web CMS tools (WordPress, Drupal) and SEO best practices
- Skilled in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive ROI-focused campaigns
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
