ServiceMaster is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media and web marketing strategies that drive sales and conversions for our BioClean brand. In this role, you’ll oversee PPC campaigns, optimize digital performance, and manage website content calendars while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. What You’ll Do

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage PPC campaigns: keyword strategy, ad copy, targeting, budgeting, and bidding
  • Monitor and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Oversee website content calendars, ensuring timely updates to landing pages and campaign content
  • Collaborate with creative teams on digital assets (ads, banners, landing pages)
  • Track KPIs across all digital channels and optimize based on performance data
  • Maintain marketing calendars, digital asset libraries, and approval workflows
  • Partner with SEO teams to align organic and paid strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and relationships with platform representatives

What You Bring

To succeed as Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll need:

  • 5–6 years of digital marketing experience, with strong PPC expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing, or similar platforms
  • Proficiency in CMS tools (WordPress, Drupal) and SEO best practices
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative, analytical, and proactive mindset
