As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will design and optimize paid campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage testing methodologies to maximize performance across digital channels.
Digital Marketing Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive full-funnel campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance through a data-first, test-and-learn approach.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes, and emerging digital marketing trends.
Digital Marketing Manager – Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
- Proven track record managing paid advertising campaigns and scaling growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Agency or fast-paced startup experience is a strong plus.
- Growth mindset with adaptability, speed, and results-driven focus.
