  • Conduct CRO initiatives with A/B testing, heatmaps, and user flow analysis.

  • Monitor analytics through GA4, Search Console, and dashboards, providing actionable insights.

  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and continuously refine strategies for efficiency.


Skills & Qualifications Needed for Digital Marketing Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO + paid media management).

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite.

  • Strong SEO knowledge (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.

  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication abilities.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 annually, based on experience.
