About the Role
eero, an Amazon company, delivers a whole-home WiFi experience using mesh technology. As a Digital Marketing Manager on the eero marketing team, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of global programmatic media campaigns, with a focus on hands-on Amazon DSP campaign management. You will drive brand awareness and acquisition efforts across B2C and B2B segments through precision targeting, testing, and full-funnel campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities

Execute and optimize full-funnel global Amazon DSP campaigns, including audience strategy, creative testing, bid optimization, pacing, and reporting.

Build and scale brand-focused programmatic campaigns (CTV, Audio, OLV, Native) to drive awareness and engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop integrated campaign strategies tied to product launches and promotions.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and other analytics tools.

Plan and manage campaign calendars, including seasonal promotions and evergreen initiatives.

Partner with creative teams to develop and iterate messaging based on performance data.

Continuously test new targeting strategies, media formats, and inventory sources to reach high-value audiences.

Drive improvements in data infrastructure for campaign tracking, attribution, and automated reporting.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns directly in ADSP.

Manage external agencies and internal cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results.

Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand-building initiatives across digital channels.

eero’s Global Marketing Team drives full-funnel campaigns that deliver powerful WiFi experiences to end users, small businesses, and ISPs. The team focuses on results, efficiency, and meeting sales and revenue goals across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C segments.
Basic Qualifications

5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

Experience building and scaling cross-functional marketing programs or campaigns

Experience managing and measuring marketing performance across channels

Proficiency in analytical reporting tools (Excel, Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing external partners for marketing program development

Knowledge of paid media and owned channels (email, onsite, etc.)
