About the Role

ServiceMaster is seeking a Paid Media and Web Marketing Expert to own execution of marketing programs that drive sales and conversions. This role emphasizes PPC campaign management, website content oversight, analytics/reporting, and digital marketing support. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Develop keyword strategies, ad copy, targeting, budget pacing, and bid management.

  • Monitor performance, create reports, and provide actionable insights.

  • Manage reporting dashboards and compile weekly/monthly/quarterly summaries.

  • Oversee website content calendar and ensure timely updates.

  • Partner with creative teams and vendors to produce optimized digital assets.

  • Track key KPIs, manage campaign budgets, and ensure accurate invoicing.

  • Support SEO initiatives by aligning paid and organic strategies.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features.

What You Bring

  • 5–6 years in digital marketing with strong PPC expertise.

  • Proven track record managing Google Ads, Bing, or similar platforms.

  • Proficiency with CMS (WordPress, Drupal) and SEO best practices.

  • Skilled with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and reporting tools.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for insights/presentations.

  • Strong project management, detail orientation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with focus on ROI-driven marketing execution.
