About the Role
ServiceMaster is seeking a Paid Media and Web Marketing Expert to own execution of marketing programs that drive sales and conversions. This role emphasizes PPC campaign management, website content oversight, analytics/reporting, and digital marketing support. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do

Plan, build, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, etc.).

Develop keyword strategies, ad copy, targeting, budget pacing, and bid management.

Monitor performance, create reports, and provide actionable insights.

Manage reporting dashboards and compile weekly/monthly/quarterly summaries.

Oversee website content calendar and ensure timely updates.

Partner with creative teams and vendors to produce optimized digital assets.

Track key KPIs, manage campaign budgets, and ensure accurate invoicing.

Support SEO initiatives by aligning paid and organic strategies.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies.

Maintain relationships with platform representatives to leverage new features.
What You Bring

5–6 years in digital marketing with strong PPC expertise.

Proven track record managing Google Ads, Bing, or similar platforms.

Proficiency with CMS (WordPress, Drupal) and SEO best practices.

Skilled with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and reporting tools.

Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint for insights/presentations.

Strong project management, detail orientation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
