We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Operations Specialist to support our Marketing Director and Digital Ops Manager in managing advertising projects and digital workflows. Key Responsibilities for Digital Operations Specialist

Project Trafficking & Management

As a Digital Operations Specialist, you will process and traffic all marketing and advertising project requests for homebuilding divisions. Responsibilities include assigning tasks to creative teams, drafting disclaimers, proofreading materials, and ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines. You will provide back-end project management support and maintain communication with divisions to track project progress.

Digital & Marketing Support

Assist with website administration, digital content requirements, and marketing channel best practices. Support merchandising and creative initiatives for division offices and Welcome Home Centers as needed. Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and implement process improvements.

Collaboration & Reporting

Participate in weekly team meetings, prepare reports, and provide follow-up as needed. Share best practices with divisions and maintain professional, supportive relationships with coworkers and supervisors.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, advertising, or related environment

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Mac)

    • Familiarity with Airtable, Box, Crooze, Notion, Canva a plus

    • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities

    • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills

    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
