Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager (L3) to lead client-facing projects and streamline digital marketing operations across multiple accounts. In this critical role, you’ll coordinate workflows, manage deliverables, and align internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are launched on time, on budget, and with excellence.
This is a fully remote position with high visibility and leadership potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

Lead end-to-end project execution for multi-channel digital marketing campaigns

Manage timelines, deliverables, and team workflows using Monday.com or similar platforms

Coordinate internal status meetings, client touchpoints, and cross-functional checkpoints

Oversee project dependencies, task prioritization, and on-time execution across teams

Perform final quality control (QC) on all deliverables before client delivery
Client Coordination

Act as the primary operational contact for digital marketing clients

Translate client feedback into actionable tasks and timelines

Run client check-ins and progress updates, ensuring transparency and accountability

Manage project-related communications, feedback loops, and scope adjustments
Client Onboarding

Own the client onboarding process from kickoff through internal activation

Organize documentation, project scopes, and access to tools/platforms

Facilitate kickoff calls and assign tasks to internal stakeholders

Maintain and optimize onboarding templates and SOPs
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Paid Media, Creative, Email, and Analytics teams

Proactively manage project risks, internal blockers, and resourcing conflicts
-
Align timelines and dependencies across pods to ensure campaign success

Support culture of collaboration, performance, and communication
Process Optimization

Define and enhance SOPs for execution, QA, reporting, and post-launch review

Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and project delivery

Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture
Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing or agency setting

Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing operations, including paid media and creative workflows

Proficient in project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar)

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder alignment skills

Comfortable in fast-paced, remote-first environments

Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused leader
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000 – $85,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
