Key Responsibilities
Website and App Updates (35%)
- Regularly maintain and update website content, including the creation and optimization of landing pages and minor content revisions.
- Collaborate closely with web developers and internal teams to ensure all digital properties are aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Prior experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Kentico is preferred, though coding skills are not required.
CRM Activation (35%)
- Partner with the digital marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Manage customer segmentation and database activities to deliver personalized, targeted communications that drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyze campaign metrics and make recommendations for performance improvements.
Digital Marketing Campaign Support (20%)
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support the development and execution of digital campaigns and projects.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the Digital Marketing team.
Loyalty Program Activation (10%)
- Contribute to the execution and optimization of loyalty program initiatives focused on customer retention and engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program operations and resolve any technical challenges.
- Monitor loyalty program performance, provide actionable insights, and align efforts with other digital marketing activities.

- Strong data analysis abilities and the capacity to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
