Key Responsibilities

Content Support: Assist in developing and curating content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites, and blogs.

Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Social Media Management: Help manage social media accounts across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SubStack—scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance. Assist in optimizing paid social strategies to enhance reach and engagement. Oversee influencer partnership content, coordinating with the Marketing Manager to ensure posts are published and monitored effectively.

Data & Performance Tracking: Track key metrics such as website traffic, audience engagement, digital advertising, and social media analytics. Contribute to reporting efforts to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. Gather data and compile reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Market Research: Conduct research on audience demographics, behaviors, and competitor strategies to refine campaign targeting and content development.

Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, including writers, designers, and photographers, to maintain cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Website Content Management: Assist in updating website content for new product launches and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to coordinate landing pages, banners, imagery, copy, blog posts, and other website enhancements.
Key Skills & Requirements

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic understanding of marketing principles, including content strategy and customer journey mapping.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement.

Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Comfortable appearing on camera for social media-related content.

Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, scheduling tools (e.g., Later), Hotjar, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Ability to travel as needed (approximately 10% annually).

Ability to reliably commute to Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 for this position.
